HEAD BAKER
Our skilled baker hails from Montana and his baking definitely reflects the essence of Big Sky Country. He's a Billings local with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having worked in various roles from sales to dishwashing. Since 2019, he has been an integral part of our team, bringing his expertise as a classically trained chef with almost two decades experience. We feel lucky to have him on board.
